Introduction: Evil Necromancers raising Skeletons to fight again, undead Liches vowing revenge,
deadly Wraiths terrorizing graveyards, Undead armies are all this and more!

The Undead are my favourite army for Warhammer, so you may find that they are featured more on
this website than other Warhammer armies. So why do I like them? Well, the best thing is that they
are mostly immune to psychology, so I don’t have to watch my troops run away in panic because I
rolled a double 6 for my panic test (as I often do with other armies!) The background of the Undead
also appeals to me. And the deciding factor, most Undead (especially Skeletons) are very easy to
paint!

The Undead army book also includes loads of great special characters which can really spice up your games. My favourites are probably Settra and Krell, the models and pictures are cool! I also like
Nagash, although he requires an extensive paint job. Heinrich Kelmer, I just don’t like, as with most
of the Vampire special characters.
