About Us:

We are a Specialist Damp Proofing and Timber Preservation Contractors/Surveyors with our head office based in the Gillingham area of Kent as well as offices in other locations including Greenwich (South East London), Horsham (Sussex) and another location planned shortly in the Essex area by the end of the year.

We undertake numerous specialist treatments for the future protection of your property including the following: Installing low odour chemical dpc injections and specialist structural replastering, 3rd generation insecticidal/fungicidal spray treatments to protect against the threat of woodwork/dry rot, including all other associated works associated with these defects, basement water proofing where we specialise in complete pump and membrane systems as well as offering the more traditional cementitious tanking systems.

We can undertake numerous surveys and specialist works for the protection of your property, such as timber preservation surveys, damp proofing surveys, condensation surveys, projected costs calculations and insurance claims assessments, which can also include a complete claims validations survey upon request either direct from insurers and loss adjusters or from policy holders and insurance assessment companies.

Specialist Insurance Validation Surveys - These assessments are designed to help you with any insurance claims you may wish to make, and to advise on the best way to progress with the claim. Total costs of this service is from £55 - £100 (depending on area and size of the actual claim) and which is fully refundable upon final invoice once the works have been carried out.

Specialist Surveys - These surveys are for any timber related issues including dry rot/wet rot analysis, beetle identification or structural integrity testing. Total costs of these surveys are £55 - £100 ( Also fully refunded from the final invoice if the full schedule of works are carried out).

Surveys for Loss Adjusters, Insurance Companies and Local Authorities are free as long as we are instructed to undertake the works otherwise our fixed fees will apply.

Our Staff: All our surveyors and staff possess a very high degree of knowledge and experience on numerous building items, as well as their own specialist damp/timber or insurance claims knowledge. This allows us to really look at the overall picture for causes to problems, that some other specialist companies and surveyors quite often miss.
