We are a Specialist Damp-Proofing and Timber Preservation Contractors/Surveyors based in the Greenwich area of SE London as well as our Head Office in Gillingham (Kent) along with a new office opening shortly in Essex.

We can undertake numerous surveys for the protection of your property, such as timber surveys (which includes beetle identification), damp proofing surveys, building condition surveys, projected costs calculations, insurance claims assessments as well as a complete claims validations survey. Once we have completed our findings we can then pass you over to our work flow team who will be only too happy to help you out with any works you may like us to undertake...

Pre-Purchase Building and Damp Surveys - These surveys include a full damp & timber and building condition survey which include full estimates for any works required. Total costs of this service is £65.00 (Fully refunded from the final invoice if the full scope of works are carried out).

Specialist Insurance Validation Surveys - These assessments are designed to help you with any insurance claims you may wish to make, and to advise on the best way to progress with the claim. Total costs of this service is from £10 - £100 (depending on area and size of the actual claim).

Specialist Surveys - These surveys are for any timber related issues including dry rot/wet rot analysis, beetle identification or structural integrity testing. Total costs of these surveys are £55.00 ( Also fully refunded from the final invoice if the full scope of works are carried out).

*Surveys for Loss Adjusters, Insurance Companies and Local Authorities are free as long as we are instructed to undertake the works.

As well as offering our specialist timber preservation and damp-proofing works we can also undertake most other building trades through our insurance approved building division of "Marshgate Builders" as listed at the bottom of this page.

Our Staff: All our surveyors and staff possess a very high degree of knowledge and experience on numerous building items, as well as their own specialist damp/timber or insurance claims knowledge. This allows us to really look at the overall picture for causes to problems, that some other specialist companies and surveyors quite often miss.

Our Pricing: We pride our self on bringing you some of the most competitive prices for our surveys in our specialist advisory field. We will not attempt to match the companies who offer FREE SURVEYS, as they are often forced to let costs escalate throughout the duration of works in order to maintain their running costs etc. which we are keen to avoid.
