We are a Specialist Surveyors Practice based in the historic area of Greenwich in London as well as offices in Kent and Essex.

We undertake numerous surveys for the protection of your property, such as timber surveys including beetle identification, damp proofing surveys, building condition surveys, projected costs estimations, insurance claims assessments and claims validations advice.

Pre-Purchase Building and Damp Surveys - These surveys include a full damp & timber and building condition survey as well as estimates for any works required. Total costs of this service is £100

Specialist insurance validation surveys - These assessments are designed to help you with any insurance claims you may wish to make, and to advise on the best way to progress with the claim. Total costs of this service is from £35 - £100 (depending on area).

Specialist surveys - These surveys are for any timber related issues including dry rot/wet rot analysis, beetle identification or structural integrity testing. Total costs of these surveys are £85.00

We can also offer a free introduction to local approved building, roofing and damp proofing contractors through our extensive trades contact list upon request, for which we make no additional charges.

Our Staff: All our surveyors and staff possess a very high degree of knowledge on numerous building items, as well as their own specialist damp/timber or insurance claims assessment knowledge. This allows us to really look at the overall picture for causes to problems that some other specialist companies and surveyors quite often miss. This may include items such as possible claims settlements, burst pipes and insurance perils that you may not relise you can claim for.
