About Us:

We are an “Environmentally Sensitive” Damp Proofing and Timber Preservation Contractor/Surveying Practice with our main office based in the North Kent area of the UK, as well as other office locations in Greenwich (South East London) and Horsham (Sussex) that we work from.

We undertake numerous specialist treatments for the immediate and future protection of your property including the following:

Installation of a low odour Chemical DPC Injection, Specialist Structural Replastering, Basement Water-Proofing using both Traditional Cementitious Tanking and our Aqua Channel Membrane Sump Pump Tanking Systems, Irrigation for the treatment of True Dry Rot (Serpula lacymans) and Wet Rot, Insecticidal & Fungicidal spray treatments for treatment against any Wood Boring Infestation such as Anobium punctatum (Common Furniture Beetle), to name just one, which are all known by their generic term of “Woodworm”.

We can also Survey and arrange for a full range of associated building and roofing works and are very experienced at carrying out insurance claims validation surveys and complex claim investigations due to our long association with Aviva and other leading insurance companies. We can also carry out our specialist surveys for loss adjusters, management companies and offer a full assessment of insurance claims direct to the policy holder for both commercial and domestic claims no ensure that a claim is correctly validated based on the insurance company guidelines.

For those of customers who are concerned with the impact on the environment caused by "global warming", we are also able to carry out a calculation of your Carbon Footprint based on estimated usage and the size of your property that we may be carrying out a pre-purchase survey on, for a modest fee of £35.

Specialist Insurance Validation Surveys - These assessments are designed to help you with any insurance claims you may wish to make, and to advise on the best way to progress with the claim. Total costs of this service is from £55 - £95 (depending on area and size of the actual claim) and which is fully refundable upon final invoice once the works have been carried out.

Specialist Surveys - These surveys are for any timber related issues including dry rot/wet rot analysis, beetle identification or structural integrity testing. Total costs of these surveys are £55 - £95 ( Also fully refunded from the final invoice if the full schedule of works are carried out).

Surveys for Loss Adjusters, Insurance Companies and Local Authorities are carried out at a basic charge of £85 for the report and estimate and rising to £120 for a full validation survey, for which some costs to cover the traveling time etc. may apply.

Our Staff: All our surveyors and staff possess a very high degree of knowledge and experience on numerous building items, as well as their own specialist damp/timber or insurance claims knowledge.
