Having been a player, Paul has an almost unique knowledge of an instrument’s sound quality and any associated problems. Every instrument whether being supplied, or in for repair receives the individual attention it needs and is set up to realise its full tonal potential.

His French-born wife Catherine, is a bowmaker. She also trained with two ex - W. E Hill & Son bowmakers, most notably with John Clutterbuck. They live and work in Bromeswell near Woodbridge, Suffolk
