| Operation on the bands is a bit sporadic due to conflicting interests. However, I have several modified PMR rigs which allow operation on 2m FM and also DJ F1E and DJ V5 hand held tranceivers for 2m and 2m/70cm respectively. Follow the link here for more general info on my rigs and amateur radio equipment. | ||
| My local club
is the Flight Refuelling Amateur Radio Society (FRARS)
which meet on a Wednesday and Sunday evening. The club
website has recently been revamped and if you haven't yet
paid a visit then click here
to pay the site a visit. There are some interesting
postings on the FRARS website with a lot of interest
being shown in Wireless LAN networking at 2.4 GHz. You can also contact me with e-mail via the FRARS site or here g0ups@frars.org.uk |
