This is a corner of my shack. The H.F. Tranceiver is a Kenwood TS140. Lower left can just be seen a Kent straight key and to its right a homebrew electronic keyer. The ATU is a Vectronics VC300 and the SWR meter a Diamond SX200.

Operation on the bands is a bit sporadic due to conflicting interests. However, I have several modified PMR rigs which allow operation on 2m FM and also DJ F1E and DJ V5 hand held tranceivers for 2m and 2m/70cm respectively. Follow the link here for more general info on my rigs and amateur radio equipment.
My local club is the Flight Refuelling Amateur Radio Society (FRARS) which meet on a Wednesday and Sunday evening. The club website has recently been revamped and if you haven't yet paid a visit then click here to pay the site a visit. There are some interesting postings on the FRARS website with a lot of interest being shown in Wireless LAN networking at 2.4 GHz.

You can also contact me with e-mail via the FRARS site or here g0ups@frars.org.uk
