Motorcycles = Freedom

To fellow motorcyclists:

If you are a knee scratching sports bike rider you possibly won't sympathise with the sentiments of this page but I do hope that you will find something of interest as a fellow two wheeled enthusiast. Try some of the links here and ride free.

To non-motorcyclists:

What are you waiting for? If you value your freedom, are fed up with sitting in traffic jams (and who isn't) and want to get a bit of excitement back into your life, then make the move. Pass your test, if you haven't already done so, then buy a bike, get out there and enjoy it.You won't regret it.

The Dorset Motorcycle Association is my local club. They meet on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:30pm, at the Albion Pub, Ringwood Road, Newtown, Poole. Contact them via their webpage or e-mail them at dma.news@virgin.net

They are a friendly crowd and cater for all ages and all sorts of machines. When the weather permits, and sometimes even when it doesn't, rideouts take place to varied destinations. BBQs, quizzes and treasure hunts are also part ot the clubs activities.

Motorcycle Action Group (MAG - UK)This is not a club! It is a lobbying organisation which lobby government in the U.K. and Europe on behalf of all motorcyclists, or powered two wheelers to be more precise. I would strongly urge any motorcyclist who has not yet joined MAG to do so without delay.Only when you read the MAG news letter "StreetBiker", will you realise how much creeping legislation is being fought against on your behalf without you even being aware of it. Go on do it now, support MAG, or one day motorcycling could be banned as being too dangerous! If you think I'm exagerating then you had better start reading "StreetBiker".
