A group of like minded investors met to set up this share club for Milton Keynes.
The club meets monthly at the Talbot Inn at Loughton to discuss market trends, company news, and decide when and what shares to buy and sell.
Since it's inception the club has now grown to sixteen members. We are aiming at around twenty only so still have room for a few more members to come and join in the fun.
Members initially invest £100 to start and £25 each month thereafter. All investments bought and sold are decided by voting.
The shares are held by our bank and we carry out a monthly valuation of our portfolio.
The club is a member of ProShare Investment Clubs and follows a laid down set of rules.
Each member has a value of the portfolio based on money invested which is calculated on computer by the unit value system.
