Welcome to my site and allow me to tell you something about who I am and how NLP has moved my life forward.

I live with my wonderful partner Penny, in a beautiful part of Hampshire where I am able to enjoy my love of ornithology, golf and in between rain showers, burning sausages on the BBQ. I am the father of four amazing boys, the two eldest have just gained degrees at university and my two youngest are tuning into life in a modern school. I have over two decades of experience with a major UK police force dealing with peoples personal and workplace issues, extremes in conflict management and development in skills and attitude in the training environment.
I was introduced to NLP through a training colleague who was achieving great results using NLP. I completed my practitioner course with “TALISMAN TRAINING” and I now enjoy the pleasure of steering my students and clients through their issues in order to achieve their aspirations.
