NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming and considering its amazing purpose you would imagine it would have a more inspiring name.

So what is it?

In a nutshell it means that you do what you do, due to your understanding of the world as you have experienced it. Using NLP we can fine tune some of that understanding and therefore adapt what you do, to better suit your needs

 

Neuro……………. How you take in the world through your eyes, ears, taste, smell and touch.

Linguistic……….. The language you use to put personal meaning to the information gained from your senses.

Programming……. Your behaviour in response to your understanding of the world through your senses and language.

 

NLP works as you will control the speed and direction it takes you. It lets you open the doors to what you want to do, whenever you choose.

So where are the key to those doors?
