TERMS & CONDITIONS
Confirmation
To guarantee your booking we ask that you confirm your reservation to us by writing, fax or email stay@pentretai.f9.co.uk We will also require a deposit of 10% of the total cost or £20 whichever is the greater. Cheques to be made payable to S. Proctor.
Payment
Account to be settled on departure. Payment can be made by cheque which must be supported by a valid cheque card. We also accept payment by cash sterling. We regret that at the moment we are unable to accept payment by credit card. We are happy to accept payment in U.S. dollars and euros.
Cancellation policy
We need two clear days written advance notice of any cancellation.
Check in/out times
Immediate occupancy of the rooms cannot be guaranteed before 2pm on day of arrival. Please let us know if you intend to arrive late in the evening. Rooms should be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Car parking
Parking is available off-road. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at car owners' risk.
No smoking
Pentre Tai is strictly non smoking throughout.
No pets
We regret that we are unable to accommodate any pets in the house.
