Associated Television (ATV) [weekday only to '68]

ATV

ATV The company headed by Lew Grade purchased most of it's programming from it's own subsidiary ITC and has been prolific in both it's Network contributions and overseas sales (many series have also been commercially exploited through video releases). In 1968 it took over seven days a week in the Midlands whilst relinquishing it's London weekend franchise. A few of it's many shows were:

In 1982 Central was formed from an outgoing ATV, and has been a major network contributor ever since. Amongst it's programmes many of which ATV had initiated are:
