Donna Mills plays a woman who through a chance encounter on a train employs the sevices of architect Ian Hendry to look over her newly purchased home. Unbeknown to her Hendry's murderous identical twin is at large, having just escaped from a mental institution. From then on it's unclear who's who, as neither twin stays around for too long - and the body count quickly rises in this installment. Hendry is clearly having fun playing both parts.
