Torquay is just a few minutes down the road. I am a big fan of the lights around the bay at night, but its also a quite lively town for a night out.

It's close to a tourist area so there's plenty to do. Activities include water sports, zoo, diving, fishing trips, there's an old steam railway close by, several beaches, all in a beautiful area of the country. Close enough to civilisation not to have to travel far to do any activities but within easy reach of seclusion and countryside if required.

We will be organising some day trips as a group (we may use a coach for convenience). One of which, may well be to dartmoor, the national park. We are within easy reach of some of the nicest English countryside.

The venue will be wonderful for an AGM gathering. But it's not really about where it is, is it? :-)
