WILDLIFE
ART
For
several years I have sold wildlife art to raise money
for charity (see below for charities supported).
I have recently added some landscape prints, with an emphasis
on the Lake District.
Please take a look at the work of the artists listed below:

GARY
HODGES
Gary has been creating limited edition
pencil drawings of wildlfie subjects since 1989
and has a huge following; many of his prints sell
at a huge premium on the secondary market and his
originals have sold for many thousands of pounds
at auction. |

primarily in oils. His paintings are of the wildlife
and landscape of Scotland where he lives, many of
which are available as giclee prints. |

FREEHAND
PAINTED CHINA
Stephen Smith and Terry Halloran gained
an international reputation as two of the world's
leading painters of miniature copper enamels, having
introduced the technique of painting detailed images
inside small vases. They now paint small limited
editions on china, in both large and miniature designs,
achieving remarkable detail in this difficult medium. |

NEIL
BARLOW
Neil is regarded as one of Scotland's foremost
painters of mountain landscapes in watercolour.
He was born in Manchester but now lives and works
in the West of Scotland, where he gains inspiration
for his stunningly beautiful mountain paintings
of Scotland, Wales and the English Lake District. |

KEITH

Keith Melling is one of England's leading
landscape painters, having worked in a variety of
media and styles for over 35 years. He has his own
gallery near Burnley. As well as traditonal Lake
District subjects, there are prints in a more contemporary
style of paintings of the Yorkshire Dales and Pendle
areas. |

CHARITIES
I
try to support one project each year. In 2006 the money
raised will be used to pay for contractors to carry out
some habitat restoration work at Witherslack, an important
site where some of Britain's most endangered butterflies,
like the High Brown Fritillary, Pearl-bordered Fritillary
and Duke of Burgundy, occur.
THE
FOLLOWING CONSERVATION CHARITIES HAVE RECEIVED DONATIONS
IN PREVIOUS YEARS:
RSPB
- for reserve purchase in the flow country of
Scotland
BUTTERFLY CONSERVATION - habitat conservation
for endangered species
CUMBRIA WILDLIFE TRUST - reserve management
BORN FREE - returning a leopard to the wild
EIA - investigating illegal trade in tigers
THE
FOLLOWING NON-WILDLIFE CHARITIES HAVE ALSO RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL
DONATIONS FROM PROCEEDS:
ACTION
AID - supporting education and healthcare in
Mozambique and Brazil
WATER AID - providing wells in Third World countries.
WESTON SPIRIT - confidence and skills building
schemes for young people in inner cities in Britain.
THANKS
TO ALL WHO SUPPORTED ME IN THE PAST
PLEASE CONTINUE YOUR SUPPORT TO HELP THESE WORTHWHILE
CAUSES.
