Under the previous administration, all
tenants and interested parties were
welcomed to the AGM. It was always an
occasion for a bit of a party. When the
Housing Corporation allowed Genesis' PCHA
to colonise us, the AGM then became open
only to those that they could not keep out
by law.

executive and PCHA's director of

why it is so if you don't already know. He
may even tell you why there is no Tenants
Association, no independent full ranging
tenants satisfaction survey, secret
management board agendas, minutes and so
