Under the previous
administration, all tenants and interested parties
were welcomed to the AGM. It was always an occasion
for a bit of a party. When the Housing Corporation
allowed Genesis' PCHA to colonise us, the AGM then
became open only to those that they could not keep
out by law.
Pathmeads/WHHA's chief
executive and PCHA's director of regeneration, Tom
McGregor, will be delighted to explain why it is so
if you don't already know. Please feel free to
telephone him on 020-8150 4100 to find out his
reason since the Management Board's chair, Mr. Dapo
Ladimeji, does not appear to care.
