A new service from Shopping Behaviour Xplained studies and analyses what happens when consumers get products home and start to use them. We provide you with comprehensive details relating to the product experience where and when it happens. Fact:- Focus group and interview participants provide responses that aren't always truthful. Sometimes they provide what they think to be the "right" or "smart" answer

Fact:- Focus groups said that they wouldn't use ATMs (cash machines) because they were too impersonal. Personal hi-fis were dismissed because they were impractical and pointless
