The premises have been extended three times in past years to improve spectacle display space and make room for new equipment. After fifty years serving the local community we are able to offer an excellent service at sensible prices. We take time to answer your questions and to ensure that your spectacles meet your needs.
We supply single vision lenses (for reading or distance), bifocals (for reading and distance), trifocals (for close, mid range and distance), varifocals, prescription sunglasses, contact lenses. Spectacle lenses are available in high-index materials (to reduce the thickness), glass, CR39 plastic and polycarbonate for safer lenses. They may be coated to absorb U.V. or to reduce reflections. Photochromic or tinted lenses are available for the sun.
