    Solar Panel - £97-00




    The solar panel is a unit which can charge the boats and the transmitter at the same time even in overcast conditions. Its main use is in topping-up the boat after each trip. The panel has been used to keep a boat running for over a week with the boat in regular use. It is framed in lightweight aluminium and has a sealed surface so will even work in the rain. It can be used to power radios,tv's and to recharge leisure and ordinary car batteries. It has so many uses when you are away from mains that its an essential item for long trips.

    This light fits over the aerial connecter at the stern of the boat and with new batteries will emit a very bright red light for 50 hours or 100 hours if it is set to blink. Works well at night in conjunction with the spotlight to help navigate.

    This lamp houses a 5 watt car bulb and has a hook to hang it by and has 4.5m of cable to route it. The plug fits in the boat port and will give up to fourteen hours of reasonable light on a full boat charge. Great for illuminating the boat at night when loading up the hoppers.
