Context

This is a two hour course aimed at parents and child-minders to learn what to do when faced with a non-breathing infant.

Pre-requisite

Minimum age: 14 years.

Length of Course

2 hours contact time.

Syllabus

• administer cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) promptly and effectively.
• administer first aid safely, promptly and effectively to an infant who is unconscious.
• administer first aid safely, promptly and effectively to an infant who is choking or obstructed
