This is aimed at employees who need to fulfil their legal requirement to attend a Manual Handling course bi-annually.  The course will be tailored to suit the requirements of your industry.  This can include handling of clients in the health care sector.

• Handling loads
  • Basic principles of safe lifting
  • Learn to identify risk, solutions and good handling techniques when faced with an unfamiliar task
  • Use relevant examples to show how to lift correctly

  • use of lifting equipment and handling aids
