BOB CATLEY

On October 5th 1998 Bob Catley released his first Solo Album, 'The Tower' (Frontiers Records - Cat No FR CD 008) . All of the songs were written by Gary Hughes, lead singer and song writer for 'Ten'.

Musicians used on the album were Gary Hughes (Ten) - Keyboards, Bass, Backing Vocals, Vinny Burns (Ten) - Guitar, Greg Morgan (Ten) - Drums.


Bob went on to showcase the album Live at 'The Gods' festival in Wigan, Lancashire on November 15th 1998, where the show was recorded and released as '
Official Bootleg - Live At The Gods' (Now & Then Records - Cat No NTHEN 42)

Musicians used for the concert were Vinny Burns (Ten) - Lead Guitar, Paul Hodson (Hard Rain) - Keyboards, Mike Dmitrovic (Emerald Rain) - Rhythm Guitar, Murray Daigle (Emerald Rain) - Backing Vocals, Acoustic Guitar, Sean Gregory (Emerald Rain) - Bass, Kyle Lazenka (Emerald Rain) - Drums.


In January 1999 Bob did a short tour of the UK with Emerald Rain as both support band and backing band for Bob as the main act, Paul Hodson played Keyboards.


On September 27th 1999 Bob announced that he was leaving Hard Rain.


November 20th 1999 again saw Bob Catley headlining the Gods Festival, again with Emerald Rain backing him as he had toured with in January. On the same day his second solo album '
Legends' (Frontiers Records - Cat No FR CD 038) was released, again all of the songs were written by Gary Hughes.

Musicians used on the album were Gary Hughes - Keyboards, Backing Vocals, Vinny Burns - Guitar, Steve McKenna - Bass, Jon Cooksey - Drums.
