BEER OF THE YEAR 2011
Solway Branch members are in the final stages of selecting their Beer of the Year 2011.
A special tasting session was held for branch members in the Kings Head, Fisher Street on 6 May. Five beers were available for sampling and each member, over 30 attended, was given one vote. The result will not be made public until the Beer Festival in October at the Hallmark Hotel. The first planning meeting is being held later this month.
