Phil has been teaching Karate for over 29 years and practicing Karate for over 35 years. Before teaching at the University of Portsmouth Karate Club, he taught the Royal Navy. Although now retired from competition, Phil was in the Portsmouth A-team and the S.E.K.U squad.
