  1. Take the A25 to the village of BRASTED (between SEVENOAKS and WESTERHAM).
  2. Turn onto the minor road signposted to TOYS HILL and BRASTED CHART.
  3. Go up the hill for 1 ¼ miles into BRASTED CHART.
  4. Just after a small terrace of houses on the right turn RIGHT down a minor road called Piper's Green Road. When the road bends sharply round to the RIGHT, turn LEFT down a track.
  5. Follow this for ½ mile, past a farm and down into a hollow.
  6. The basecamp is the single storey brick building backing into the woods.

Meeting Place is "Fox and Hounds" South of BRASTED CHART towards Toy's Hill.

The basecamp has been converted from a farm building in a secluded bit of woodland in the North Downs. It has been refurbished to provide good facilities, including 2 dormitories, a large dining area, kitchen and washrooms. It is in a frost hollow, so can be a bit chilly in Winter, but not once the central heating is on!
