Weekend Booking Information

Up-to-date information on future tasks is listed below, and clicking on the underlined venue will take you to information on the basecamps, their location and distance from London. The leaders contact details are included in the programme sent to all members every quarter.
Unfortunately due to weather, other conditions, what tasks are due and the priority of the wardens it is not possible to say what the work will be in the majority of cases.
A weekend away usually costs Ł8 to include all meals from breakfast on Saturday to a packed lunch on Sunday. For longer tasks, e.g. Bank Holidays, the cost is pro rata. Specialist diets can be catered for if we are informed. Day tasks (approx 10:00 - 16:00) are FREE, but please bring a packed lunch with you.
You do not need to be a member of the L&WMNTV to attend any of these events.
To anyone paying their membership before attending a weekend event, we send you a Free Event Pass worth Ł8 and valid for 6 months, as an encouragement to try one.
Please note that if you do not want to attend the whole weekend you are welcome to attend just one day. Please contact the Bookings Officer or Leader to let them know. Saturdays are best as we usually work approx 09:00 - 17:00, and on Sundays approx 09:00 - 12:30.

Please note that any bookings should be made using the form from the link below and sent with a cheque or postal order to the bookings officer. Any bookings not accompanied by a cheque or sent by email will take second place to those who have paid, and if the event becomes full you will be placed on the reserve list. This is necessary to ensure those not paying do not drop out at the last minute to the disadvantage of those who have paid, and also to help with the accounting.
