As a club we are proudly not for profit. We also don’t see training as an income stream.
Training costs are kept to the bare minimum and reflect the price of carrying out the training.
Members should train in their own or hired kit and should pay their way into Stoney Cove but our instructors provide their time for free only expecting the entrance to the Cove and an air fill to be covered by the trainee.
This works out to be very cheap compared to most clubs.

BSAC Ocean Diver £280
Carrried out in the club but using the facilities at Stoney Cove. Initial training in the purpose built diving pool, with open water training in the cove itself.
BSAC Sports Diver £25 + normal diving costs + instructor diving costs
Or crossover from PADI Open Water, carried out by club instructors in our classroom and at the cove. We tend to run this on demand. The £25 is for the BSAC training notes and certificates.
BSAC Dive leader £25 + normal diving costs + instructor diving costs
Available alternate years to Advanced diver training.
BSAC Advanced Diver
The club is currently running Advanced Diver training for members.
