Place: Much Wenlock, Guild Hall

Location: Council Chamber, overmantel two foliate Corbels supporting pediment. This overmantel may have been created from a C16th bed head. Pediments above panelling opposite door and opposite fireplace have Green Men with long tendrils of foliage from mouths, these look C19. Panelling (looks C17) put in in 1878, may have come from Coley Hall at nearby Gnosall, which burnt down at about that time
