Location: Escutcheon on door? (reported in CH book but unverified) Possibly an escutcheon added to the pulpit, pulpit is Jacobean and was crafted out of an old oak chest by a rector. The modern? green man was added to hide the keyhole of the chest reported by Sarah Poole
