The Leadership Challenge
Mark as 'Problem Process Manager' at work now obsesses about the
difference between an incident and a problem*. (Don't ask - Ed).The combination of this new management role with church leadership proved a bit much so Mark stepped down for a six-month sabbatical from being an Elder of YCC in July.
Jane has joined the Tang Hall Community Centre management committee where YCC has its office. She continues to run Together People and be Chair of Governors of Osbaldwick Primary School.
