One of the only remaining examples known of Nugent Brontes' patented "Night Lights" for use by local Penistone Quarrymen to enable continuous work during the many Paraffin droughts of the 1850's.

 

 

 

Bottles typical of the issue thought to probably have contained potions, elixirs, and balms similar to those well known by contemporaries of the Bronte family.
