Interesting puzzler. You have to connect the pipes before the timer runs out and starts sending the water thru the pipes, you still have time to carry on connecting the pipes but you have to use what your given (a little bit like Tetris). Its Game Over if you dont connect the pipes to the outlet before the water spills.
