| We're going home to glory soon |
| And there we'll see the Lamb |
| And in that land of paradise |
We'll serve the great I AM
|
|
| He's seated in the glory there | Cheerfully he despised the shame | So to the Lamb we bring our praise |
| He is enthroned the king | Of carrying all our sin | And make our offering |
| Surrounded by his glorious ones | Endured the cross and all its pain | A living sacrifice is all |
| Whom he redeemed from sin. | So that we may enter in. | That he will let us bring. |
|
| The Lamb is seated on the throne | For he has made the final one | Now he shall come again one day |
| Who once was on the cross | No other shall be made | In the clouds of glory bright |
| He came to gather all his own | His blood was shed and justice fed | And the wicked shall be led away |
| And did not count it loss. | Atonement he has made. | But his people to the light.
|
|
| | We're going home to glory soon |
| | And there we'll see the Lamb |
| | And in that land of paradise |
| | We'll serve the great I AM
