I have seen so many versions posted these days, but since I just finished
writing down my own transcription let me post it.
The main differences between Simon's version and Bert Jansch's one are
in the main section: the bass pattern and the alternance between Am and E
positions for the left hand (you cannot rest on Am).
The other sections have sometimes a little bit of dirty picking, (esp.
'up' strokes with two or three fingers, mute effects or bending) not 
easy to transcribe exactly. Moral: look at the tab and listen to the record.
Capo 3rd fret. I hope the tempo is correct.
