Accommodation comprises of a large living room, complete with kitchen and dining area, one fully fitted  double bedroom, second bedroom and large bathroom with w.c, wash basin,  bath and shower.

The main bedroom of the flat has ample wardrobe and drawer space.

The second bedroom has a futon bed/settee which sleeps two with chest of drawers and side cabinet.

 The lounge has a three seater sofa and two seater sofa with coffee table, nest of tables and six place dining room suite, television and video and a CD/Radio/cassette player.

The fully equipped kitchen area has a washer/dryer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven , fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pans etc.

The flat is furnished to a very high standard with gas central heating and electricity included in the price. Towels, bed linen, iron, ironing board and hairdryer are included in the accommodation.
