Guidelines for
Posters
- Posters will be displayed on a free-standing vertical
board. Your poster will be allocated 1m wide by 1m high
space. Please bring your own Velcro or pins.
- Posters MUST include a title and name(s) of
author(s)
- In preparing your poster do not attempt to detail the
entire project. Present only enough data to support aim conclusions and to
explain points. Photographs and diagrams are more eye catching than text.

All text lettering should be legible
at 1.5m. Lettering
should be 24 point size minimum.
- Posters will remain on display throughout the
conference. You may wish to provide handouts and / or stand beside your
poster at break times. Your abstract will be included in the delegate
pack.
- A best poster award will be presented at the close of
the conference.
Thank you for
submitting your poster. It is an excellent way of sharing your hard work.
