Here are various samples of pieces that I have composed. All of them
were created with energyXT
and were created either just for fun or my Music Tech coursework.
I would not have even began to create 'computer' music if it were
not for the helpful user base at KVR-Audio.com
- a great website with a database of VST plugins and an active
forum for musicians/producers/technicians so make sure to check
it out.
All
tracks here are made available under the 'Share Music Creative
Commons' licence. This means that you may distribute any music
here to anyone you like as long as it is not for profit. It also
means that you may not sample/copy any of the audio for your own
use unless you have permission from me first. More information
can be found here.

All tracks can be downloaded here
- Just select a file from the table or stream the files using the built
in flash player. Some of the pieces are complete, others are only
partly complete or are just 'sketches'.
(If you are unsure as to what file to download select '192kbps MP3' if available, or if not select '160 or 128kbps')
A short ambient compilation I created can be found here - BeAmbient Volume 1 contains 30 mins worth of 'relaxing ambient noise' to enjoy.

"Music
and technology are two of the most emotionally captivating and
complex portions of life that understanding them can be as
difficult a challenge as theorizing the big bang. Philosophy is
the study and understanding of life and emotion; the ideals of
which apply to the very core of music. With the right combination
of sound and modern technology music can become more inspiring
than ever before; evoking our deepest thoughts and emotions,
captivating the mind. Technological production is no longer just
a way to record music; it is a means to create new exciting
pieces, enhance multimedia experiences and develop captivating
accompaniments to film. Production has become just as much of an
art as music itself."
