(NB this page has been neglected for a while, and there has been an explosion of websites and blogs of interest to Reality Street and its readers in the past couple of years, so we're wondering whether to develop it further, or abandon the field to those better placed to document these, such as the Great Works site.)

 

The Argotist Online
Publishes non-mainstream poetry, and features essays and interviews related to it. Interviews include: Charles Bernstein, Marjorie Perloff, Ron Silliman, Hank Lazer, Iain Sinclair, and many others.


The British Electronic Poetry Centre
The British Electronic Poetry Centre offers information and sample texts from British poets writing over the past 50 years. It focuses on poets from the parallel (or 'experimental') tradition and invites readers to find out more about them.

Great Works
A site for innovative writing - "modernist, postmodernist, archaic" it claims - containing material by a range of writers, British, American and global.


Jacket is a free Internet-only quarterly review of new writing, with poetry, creative prose, interviews, reviews, and informative feature articles. Jacket also offers links to hundreds of selected resources, most of themfree.

Lollipop
(Listing of Little Press Publications) is the e-version of a catalogue, where little presses can have their books listed for free, or the viewer can be referred to their own website. It is managed by Bill Griffiths, Peter Finch and Bob Trubshaw. It does not undertake to do any selling.


This is a free access site to the full-text digital library of 20th and 21st century English poetry magazines from the Poetry Library collection.

The Poetry Bookshop
Covers the antiquarian and the scholarly to contemporary work: supplying rare, out of print, new and used poetry books from Hay-on-Wye, UK and online. Also offers a free no obligation out of print booksearch service.

Salt Publishing is an independent literary publisher whose list includes many poets who will be of interest to Reality Street Editions readers.

Shearsman
A publisher of contemporary poetry in mostly late-modernist styles, now based in Exeter, England, and active since 1981. The website is well worth a visit.

Fiona Templeton
Fiona is featured in Out of Everywhere (Reality Street, 1996). Her own website shows examples of various works - photographs, descriptions, and excerpts.

The Word Hoard
The Word Hoard helps artists develop and develops art. Publishing, recording, commissions, courses, workshops, performance and more, all featured on the site.
