In the spirit of Vanda
May Sunday 31st, 5.00 - 7.00pm, Triyoga, Primrose Hill
A practical workshop introducing and developing the themes of yoga inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. Working practically with the breath and the pull of gravity on the body, we explore methods which allow the spine to gradually open and lengthen, discovering and experiencing that blissful moment when the body finally releases long held tensions. The work is often slow and technical, addressing our physical and psycological reaction to sensation and tension.

Yoga and Pilates Weekend
October 2009: Friday 9th - Sunday 11th
An Autumn weekend, held in Commonwork Farm, in the Kent countryside, with plenty of time to sink into our practice, relax, perhaps walk, and enjoy Robert's quite excellent, intuitive massage. This weekend we will be joined by Tracey Bindloss, a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, with a dance background. Sessions will alternate, so that we benefit from the soft, gentle grounding and release of yoga inspired by Vanda Scaravelli, blended with the technical precision, stenghthening and postural awareness of Pilates.
Cost: £299 per person, sharing. For more details click here.
