I have for many years been interested in computing, originally starting off as a games player on an Atari VCS 2600 games console and then moving on to a Sinclair Spectrum 48k+ and then a Spectrum +2 followed by an Commodore Amiga A500. I currently own an Amiga A1200 and a PC currently with a Celeron 300A@450Mhz running Windows 98. Over the years I developed an interest in programming and thus took a BSc. (Hons) Computer Science. During this time I covered a large number of programming languages and techniques and developed a mild interest in desktop publishing, computer networks and communications. I am currently a software engineer with a large telecommunications company working in Nottingham.
