Home Visit and On-Line Valuations

AAL offers home visit valuations that include insurance, probate, family division, open market, and Inheritance Tax. Clients receive a full appraisal of items together with images if appropriate. The appraisal takes the form of a bound document containing a schedule of each item, together with a certificate of valuation.

 

AAL also offers a fixed fee on-line valuation service for single or multiple items, based on information and images provided by clients via e-mail or post. The appraisal takes the form of a Word^© document returned by e-mail, or a bound copy as described above.

 

Clients are assured of efficient, courteous service and complete discretion at all times.
