Definition of Grades.

GOLD

These holiday homes are 12ft wide and in their 1st to 3rd year of letting. Accommodating a maximum of 6 persons, they include 2 or 3 bedrooms & lounge bed. Colour TV, Fridge, Toilet, Shower and Microwave oven. Duvets are provided with freshly laundered linen per stay. No dogs in this grade of Caravan.

GOLD 4

These holiday homes are 28ft X 10ft they are ideally suited for 4 people although they can accommodate a maximum of 6 if necessary. They include 2 bedrooms & lounge bed. Colour TV, Fridge, Toilet, Shower and Microwave oven. Duvets are provided with freshly laundered linen per stay. No dogs in this grade of Caravan

SILVER

These holiday homes are 12ft wide and are in their 3rd to 5th year of letting. Accommodating a maximum of 6 persons, they include 2 or 3 bedrooms & lounge bed. Colour TV, fridge, Toilet & Shower and Microwave oven. Duvets are provided with freshly laundered linen per stay. Limited availability for dogs.

BRONZE

These holiday homes are 12ft wide and are in their 6th to 7th year of letting. Accommodating a maximum of 6 persons, they include 2 or 3 bedrooms & lounge bed. Colour TV, fridge, Toilet, Shower and Microwave oven. Duvets are provided with freshly laundered linen per stay. Limited availability for dogs.

STANDARD PLUS

Size, style & layout of these holiday homes do vary. They accommodate a maximum of 6 persons in 2 or 3 bedrooms & lounge/dinette bed. They include Colour TV, fridge, Toilet, Shower. LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED. These holiday homes are privately owned and are sublet by ourselves under a formal agreement.

STANDARD

All units equipped crockery cutlery and utensils to Tourist Board standards. All units have pillows and blankets provided as a minimum. Towels are not provided. All units let by "Richmond Holiday Centre" are checked by a team of cleaners. If you have any cause for complaint. Please let us know as soon as possible. All bookings are subject to availability. A provisional booking is made once a deposit has been received. Bookings are fully confirmed when the balance has been received, no later than 21 days before the start of the holiday.
