WE RECOMMEND:

You book in advance for Bank Holidays and School Holidays (Min Stay at Bank Holiday is 3 Nights, Minimum booking period 3 nights, Maximum stay is 2 weeks)

You book for as long as possible as it is not always possible to extend your stay at busy times.

You take out your own cancellation insurance as refunds on cancellations cannot be given.

If you are unable to book, give us a call to check availability before setting out.

USEFUL INFORMATION:

Touring Prices include Free use of indoor swimming pool, free entry to entertainment centre, outfit and all occupants. Note: Use of pool is during open sessions only. Entry to Entertainment centre does not include private functions or ticketed events where a separate charge is levied. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Quiet areas set aside specifically for touring caravans.

Hardcore tracks to parts of touring area.

Pitches with numbered electric hook-up boxes for identification purposes.

Pitches can be booked in advance for 3 or more nights.

Casual arrivals accepted on a first come first served basis.

Centrally located toilet block with disabled facilities (Including radar key access), showers, toilets, personal and pot washing facilities and a chemical disposal point.

1. Completion of booking form and/or payment is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of booking.

2. Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been made.

3. All visitors are required to report to reception.

4. All tourers are required to park on their allocated pitches as directed for the duration of the stay. Please make sure you park with your jockey wheel on concrete block as touring vehicles cannot face door to door.

5. On most pitches you can either erect an awning (Chargeable) or Gazebo (Not chargeable) but not both. Not all pitches will accommodate these. Please check at time of booking.

6. Waste buckets must be emptied regularly and only at the points provided.

7. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please exercise your dog off the park. Dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs using the special bins provided. Dogs cannot be left in vehicles overnight. No more than 2 dogs per booking. Please do not leave your dog unattended.

8. For the safety of children a speed limit of 10 mph is imposed throughout the park and this must be STRICTLY OBSERVED. The highway code for public roads applies to all vehicles on the park.

9. Only family parties are accepted - Single sex or mixed groups under 25 years old will not be allowed on site whether or not they have booked in advance. ALL BOOKINGS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT.

10. No tents are allowed on the park.

11. Sleeping in cars or awnings is prohibited.

12. Ball games etc. must be played only on the recreation areas provided not between caravans.

13. Enjoy yourself but not at the expense of others - Anyone creating a disturbance or whose conduct could give offence to others will be required to leave immediately and NO REFUNDS GIVEN. In the case of group bookings ALL PARTIES will be required to leave.

14. The use of antisocial toys (e.g. BB Guns or motorised toys/scooters) is prohibited.

15. Young people must not be left without adult supervision overnight and adults should not allow parties to be held in their absence at anytime.

16. Generators are not allowed to be used on the park.

17. We regret that in the event of cancellation or early departure we are unable to make refunds.
