Findhorn & Kinloss Community Council
The Findhorn & Kinloss Community Council consists of 10 elected, unpaid Councillors, 5 from Findhorn and 5 from Kinloss. The community is unique in that within its boundaries are Royal Air Force Kinloss and The Findhorn Foundation, both of which have a significant impact on the area and are represented by their own liason officers at council meetings.
Meetings, to which members of the public are welcome, are held on the last Thursday of the month and begin at 7.30pm. The venue alternates between the James Milne Institute in Findhorn and the Primary School in Kinloss. Members of the public who wish to bring issues to a meeting are requested to contact the secretary with details at least 7 days before the date of the meeeting.
