Meetings are in 2
sessions, Public and Council. Members of the public may bring
issues to the Public Session, although it is preferable to submit
items for the agenda to the secretary 7 days before the meeting
to enable councillors time to research issues. Members of the
public may stay for the council session but may only take part at
the discretion of the Chairman.
Kinloss meetings are held in the Primary School and those at
Findhorn in the Osprey Room in the James Milne Institute.
