An introduction to the Weston-super-Mare branch

The Weston-super-Mare Beekeepers branch is a North Somerset branch of the Avon Beekeepers Association, an area member of the British Beekeepers Association.

The branch is a small friendly group of beekeepers with experienced members available to help beginners develop the craft of beekeeping. Members keep bees in a wide area covering Weston-super-Mare/ Loxton/Axbridge/ Congresbury.

All members are encouraged to study for their basic beekeeping assessment. Regular outdoor meetings are held throughout the year, usually on the first Saturday of the month, at various members’ apiaries, solving problems, learning new techniques etc...
