Belfast 26th May 1835
My Dear Sir,
I wish to know the name of the person you mean to send out to America, as a commision must issue to him to take the acknowledgement of Mrs McKeever, in order to have her claim to ?????. You had better communicate it to Mr Casement to whom I have written on the subject as this is his duty, not mine.. I think the necessity of commission in order to complete your title, entitles you to the cost of the witness going out.
The draft deed is before Mr Casement ?????? can be engrossed in a day or two if the result of the searches was known.
Yours dear sir,
Very truly,
R Davison

P.S. Since writing the foregoing, I have seen your son ???? I read your letter which he handed me. In order to expedite, I have written for commission to Dublin to Hector McNeill who he tells me is the person going out so that you need not trouble yourself about writing Casement.
I do not apprehend much about the searches, still they must be made & I have ordered none but indispensible ones - no disappointment will ensue.
