I James McMullan of Tavnaughboy in the County of Antrim Ireland make this my last Will and Testament. To my beloved wife Matilda McMullan I leave the whole management of my place and chattels and all the interest of my money in the Northern Counties Railway and in Bank to go for the benefit of paying the rent of my place and rairing (sic) my children. But provided the said Matilda McMullan ever married she loses all control and power over all my effects and is turned out without anything. To my son Daniel if he stayes (sic) and works agreeable I allow him to get the place and all effects after his mother's time, but if he don't stay and work agreeable I allow my executors to give him twenty pounds to take him away and to get no more for fifteen years then he is to get fifty pounds and provided my son Neal come home and stayd (sic) and wrought the place I leave it to him. If not he gets nothing for fifteen years then I allow him to be paid fifty pounds. To my son James I allow him to get a good education and when he comes of age he is to get one hundred pounds. To my daughter Mary when she comes of age or marries I leave fifty pounds. To my daughter Fanny when she comes of age or marries I leave fifty pounds. To my daughter Esmy (sic) when she comes of age or marries I leave fifty pounds. To my daughter Ellen when she comes of age or marries I leave fifty pounds and now provided that my son Daniel nor my son Neal dus (sic) not stay by the place the (sic) are cut out of it and if my son James when he grows up stays by it he gets the place. I hereby appoint Alexander Nicholl of Ballycastle and Charles McIlheran of Kilrobert to be the sole executors of this my last will and testimony given under my hand this 5th day of March 1892 and sind (sic) by me in the presence of two witnesses
