Welcome to the Clarendon House website.

The individual flat owners of the historic building of Clarendon House make up the Newmarket Management Company.  This company has overall responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Clarendon House is reputed to be one of the houses in which "ladies" attended to the needs of gentlemen when the court of King Charles and its visitors arrived for the races.

It has gone through many changes since those days.  The house was converted into 8 residencies on the early 1970s.  It is a Grade 2 listed building and is in one of the conservation areas of Newmarket
