Refuse Collection

Bins are collected early every Monday morning.  Each resident is responsible for taking their own bin out onto the High Street on Sunday evening and bringing them back no later than Monday evening.

Refuse collections alternate with recycling collections on a weekly basis.

Repairs & Maintenance

The Newmarket Management Company is responsible for repairs and maintenance of all communal areas, such as hallways, garden, roof, brickwork etc.

Please report any required maintenance to communal areas by filling in a form and posting in the post box at the bottom of the stairs.

All internal repairs are the responsibility of the flat owner.

Front Door

The front door of the property has been left open regularly.  If this door is left open most contents insurance policies will be invalid.

Please keep this door shut.

If you require a key please contact the Management Company.

Communal areas

It is everyone's responsibility to help keep the communal areas clean & tidy.  The Management Company employs a regular cleaner and gardener.

Please report anything requiring attention as soon as possible
