Although mainly aimed at cyclists, because the coach education of cycling is recognised by the National Coaching Federation many of the training principles for cycling are applicable to other sports.

areUfit is therefore in a position to help many other athletes in various sports such as: Squash, Badminton, Football & Triathlon to develop training programmes that will help improve their endurance and stamina.

We all live busy lives, often our own fitness and well being is low on the list of priorities. What quite often gets forgotten however is that being and staying fit and healthy can improve our ability to perform in other areas of our lives.

areUfit can provide personal training plans for individuals who, whilst not competing wish to improve their overall level of fitness by using the same cross-training techniques commonly used for training cyclists. A typical programme could include cycling combined with other gym-based activities, aerobics and running or swimming to provide a comprehensive and varied fitness programme. It all depends on what you the individual wish to achieve and if required we come to you. This can have added benefits for those under time pressures as there is no time spent travelling to gym or fitness suite, it also removes the need to motivate oneself into making that journey to the gym on a cold or frosty day in winter.

As with cyclists individuals would be fully assessed before embarking on any programme. Training would be structured, progressive & monitored to suit an individuals lifestyle, needs and ambitions.
